This community also has a guarded front gate entrance and requires membership to be part of this community. Blackstone features a 30,000 square foot clubhouse for its residents. This includes a fitness center, resort pool, and private cabanas.
There are also tennis facilities, a children's play center, an extensive wine tasting room, and a fine dining restaurant. There is also a cantina bar, a private library, and even a tea room! Even though their clubhouse requires membership, this is merely a subscription that is paid by residents to take part in what is offered at a convenient all-in-one price. This is perfect for those who have financial freedom for living the good life.
As far as available homes, these single-story homes ranging from 2 to 5 bedrooms will all range in pricing. Expect that the starting prices will begin at $550K up through $1.9 million. The most desirable homes that overlook the golf course will obviously be more expensive.
Trilogy
Of the entire Vistancia community, they have encapsulated their own active-living retirement area for new residents who enjoy active lifestyles. This section of Vistancia is shown only through the appointment but many single-story home models are meant for the 55+ community. Each home is 2 to 3 bedrooms with a garage and also features SheaConnect Smart Home systems installed.
The starting price for these smaller-scale homes starts at $450K to $650K for homes that feature no more than 1,500 to 2,800 square feet of living space. Most garages will allow 1 or 2-car garages and are mainly ranch-style models with very low outdoor maintenance.
