Surprise Bulk Trash vs. AZ Junk Removal & Dumpsters
The City of Surprise offers residents a bulk trash pickup service, but it comes with its own set of rules and limitations. You have to wait for your designated collection week, drag everything to the curb yourself, and hope it all fits within their specific guidelines. It's a decent free service — but it's not always convenient.

Can't wait for the city's schedule? Or have items they won't take? That's when you call us. We work on your timeline, not the city's. We'll come into your home, garage, or backyard and do all the heavy lifting — no need to haul anything to the curb. Plus, we take a wider range of items and make sure anything donatable or recyclable finds a new home, keeping it out of Maricopa County landfills.

Have a question about junk removal or dumpster rentals in the West Valley? Here's some of the most common ones;
We offer same-day and next-day service throughout Surprise. In most cases, we can have a crew at your door within a few hours of booking. You can schedule online or call us directly at (602) 799-4181 to check availability for today.
Yes — we're as local as it gets. AZ Junk Removal & Dumpsters is based right here in Waddell, AZ, just minutes from Surprise. We're a family-owned business that has been serving the West Valley since 2001, and we're not a franchise. When you call us, you're talking to your neighbors.
The City of Surprise's bulk trash service is free but runs on a fixed quarterly schedule, requires you to haul everything to the curb yourself, and won't take certain items like construction debris or tires. We work on your schedule — same-day if needed — we do all the heavy lifting from anywhere on your property, and we take a much wider range of items. We also donate and recycle everything we can to keep it out of Maricopa County landfills.
We offer a single, right-sized roll-off dumpster that works for the vast majority of residential and light commercial projects — home cleanouts, garage purges, landscaping, and small remodels. Our bins are 13' long × 8' wide × 5' high, low-profile enough to fit in most driveways without overhanging the street. Not sure if it's the right fit for your project? Give us a call and we'll help you figure it out in two minutes.
Absolutely. We work with property managers, real estate agents, contractors, and small business owners throughout Surprise and the West Valley. Whether it's clearing out a tenant-vacated unit, cleaning up after a renovation, hauling off old office furniture, or managing debris from a commercial build-out — we handle it all with the same flat-rate, no-surprise pricing we offer residential customers. If you manage multiple properties or have a recurring need, give us a call and we'll work something out that fits your schedule and budget.
It's one of the things we're most proud of. Before anything goes to a landfill, we sort through every load for items that can be donated or recycled. We're regulars at donation centers across the West Valley — including Salvation Army, Goodwill, and St. Vincent de Paul locations serving the Surprise, Peoria, and Glendale areas. Furniture, clothing, housewares, and working appliances get a second life whenever possible. It matters to us that the things people no longer need find their way to families, veterans, and individuals who can use them — not a dumpsite. When you hire us, you're not just clearing space; you're helping your community.
Our Waddell-based team covers all of Surprise and our immediate West Valley neighbors — including Litchfield Park, El Mirage, Goodyear, Avondale, Buckeye, and Tolleson. For Peoria, Glendale, and North Phoenix, our dedicated Peoria location has you covered. If you're not sure whether we serve your area, just call — if we're in the West Valley, we're on our way.
